Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	so i was robbing bank and going to ocean docks and faksy followed me in rhustler and near pd there is a turn which leads to hideout bridge like thing and suddenly desktop notification pooped up and i was out of game(minimized) and when i came back faksy was down at next to me with rhustler i shot him with ddriveby uzi and he died and he said i paused to avoid rhustler so its not my fault itss my desktop pc notification
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	faksy and karbz

I did not infract you, I wasn't even a moderator at that point, I only reported it on forums.

That day I asked you "why you paused" and you said "tricks". Then I asked you over and over again if you know that is against rules and you didn't give any response. I gave you more than a fair chance to explain yourself but you just laughed when I asked you after few hours when I saw you on the server again "u still didnt forgot Xd".

All this is basically explained in my forum report, it took you quite a while to come up with your story so I'm not sure if I believe it.

I wonder though, what kind of notification was it ? And please dont take another week to answer that

Dude when i got unpaused i saw u literally and got scared that u were in a rhustler but u came down and i killed u with my uzi and i felt funny that even if i was paused u didnt kill m so when u said i said trick i really didn mean to do so? And can u explain to avoid rhustler wdym i got paused and i didnt quit i dont see rules that u should never pause in chase i saw u should never quit and the notification was my messages it keeps coming its important so i nver disable it
So u see i never knew that u came down i was paused in the vedio too and when u came down then i saw u and killed you i get paused many times but officers kill me or arrest me coz i  dont care if die or injail i will be checking my mails gmails and stuff so that i dont lag behind
So its not my fault i just said it becoz i felt funny that even though got paused unfortunatly but still u couldnt kill me so i said tricks

Will you say if someones game is crashed u saycrash to avaoid? The sane way i actually got paused without my knowledge the pc got paused and not my fault
