Show stolen cars list in police car while moving

it would be helpful if there were a computer in the police car to view the list of stolen cars while on the move.

As a cop with 20k+ experience, I can completely say that checking stuff like recent crimes is very useless. It's way easier to check TAB scoreboard and then do /loc (id) on the criminals.
Your suggestion would fit more for a rp server.

If those vehicles are player-owned. They can just de-spawn them themselves. If they are in the world, there's no need to list them somewhere, it would just be a heck load of useless information.
If your idea is to get those vehicles to the impound in the Police Departament garage, then you're better off going for yellow ticketed players who are being charged for Grand Theft and just make sure they pay their ticket and then bring the stolen car to the PD.

Yes it would be helpful, but why just in cop cars? maybe there can an option in Job Abilities where u can view all stolen vehicles. Not all cops fight criminals, some just impound vehicles to earn cash which is another nice feature. +1

Well, in my 20k+ xp of playing cop, I've yet to see one decent cop (who isn't a complete n00b and doesn't know what he's doing) grind money by impounding vehicles.
And just like @Astro mentioned, you can just be a mechanic and do literally the same thing.
