Could be more payphone stranger's missions because there's only 2 missions in every city, and could add like: Scraping a Car, Killing a target, MORE stealing cars missions, Destroying crime scenes, picking lost briefcase, throw a car on the water, destroying, exploding, hiding also adding level wanted when you rob the cars or killing.
