 i was killed non threath for unpaid ticket evem tho i tried to bribe any1 of them and  i told him i was non-treath ferikan was shootin me constantly and punisher tried to ram me

Feritcan will be punished, punisher__ will be warned to not repeat the same issue again (no big damage from him, only a little drive-by when you entered the vehicle, based on proof).
