Happens rarely, mostly when lagging (happened to me a few times before, more often when you die from an explosion of some sort)

Sorry it seems when I "copied URL at specific time" it wasnt exact... Bug happens when I die 12 seconds after the video should start with the link I provided; at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/966882285?t=0h47m50s

I think it's pretty self explanatory from there... I'll be more careful to provide better timestamps or explainations if needed which I dont think is necessary in this case.

It's a very rare SA-MP bug that cannot be fixed; I have tried for years trust me.
