Vehciles in Garages get stuck on selling house

I bought a house, 10 Province Drive from [MC]SnoozyFoozy and it had 1 garage. But when I try to store my vehicle in there, it shows 'Garage Occupied'. Maybe Snoozy did not take out his vehicle before selling the house and so it is still in there preventing me to store mine.
Kindly look into this.

Alright the issue was solved but this seems to be a bug since you can leave your vehicle in your last house although i can't sayif itis useable. Pls fix this bug.

After selling your house you can still get the vehicle by using 'List all vehicles' in the request menu.

Idk but Snoozy was unable to retrieve it too. I had to sell it to him again so he can take out and scrap it.
I did experience the same issue with my NRG once but I did not try List all vehicle.
In my opinion it should be made like this, as soon as you confirm house sell it asks you to either transfer vehicle or scrap it. In than way it would be more convenient with no more issues.

No because then you’re forced to make a decision there and then. It will go into ‘unspecified storage’ and you can request it from ‘all vehicles’ until you move it.
