Tow Truck can't tow Dumper

Or maybe I was doing it wrong? I was doing the Tow Truck missions and it wanted me to tow the Dumper but I couldn't grab it with the Tow Truck.

Thanks for reporting the bug. I will replicate it and test more vehicles. If you encounter more like that please let us know.
