Agreed with what cynosy said.
It's basically like that in any shooter featuring the m4 and ak.
Ak offers high damage but the trade-off is that its spray/recoil is uncontrollable the longer you shoot with it.Which is exactly the case in san andreas as well.Wider spread is there to make up for the extra damage the ak deals.
On the other hand we have the m4.Which in almost any game has controllable recoil and spray but the trade-off to this is that it offers less damage to work with.
It should stay the way it currently is.
