It's known sa-mp bug, relog will solve it. However it doesn't occur on my new pc anymore so I don't know what really caused it.

I'm using same game folder from my old pc to my current one, the only difference is the window version. Win7 and Win10. I don't know if they are the reason or not but it's not happening on me anymore.

Not a samp bug that I think. I also had this problem. I just replaced my audio folder and got fixed.

PS: Saw in Discord so posted this fix
