Cop rank bug

Hey staff,
I was trying to hop on an inferno when I noticed that I couldn't drive it. The window said I needed rank 8 and that i was rank 1. I just went from 3500+ points to 0.

Didn't you get demoted from your previous rank to 1? If yes, invalid bug. You will need to get that rank again to drive it again.
