details:he breaks 2 rules ...I was a criminals  when I breaking out of jail and I see him coming then I hold n to surrender but he shoots me even if I said I surrend..he killed me
 the second is :I was cop ..but I was out of ammo then I go to the pd to buy gun and I see him he was white and he started to shoot me even if I said nope .he shooted me till I die
so please help

We cannot take action due to the lack of evidence, make sure if you are reporting someone have atleast pictures as evidence as it is important.
