So, here is my suggestion: New players that will be referred by us, should be able to use refer command to get their welcome bonus if we're offline. So, we can advertise our referral codes on our YouTube channel(me and hank). And New players won't need us to be online that I think.

Or New players are able to use it if we're offline?

@Mike mentioned u cuz no one saw this one...

And because the new players cannot use it until the code owners come, it should be use-able offline by them. And if its reward gets increased just like Hank said, maybe everyone will use it.
