Ban/infraction reason and details	shits happened to me, i was forced to stay in jail or /q and i got mad then i threw heavy insults against mike, staff and even against a player.
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	it is permanent, i thought the first ban with 10 infractions points was for 1 week.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	when i changed skin to civ, i went off police dept and my wanted level increased for no reason (assault pyffo), i was pretty sure there was a staff member kidding me and i got mad random. that guy was a cheater or what ? i received wanted level many times for no reason, and 8 cops arrested me many times for no reason, then i started flaming.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	Whole cops online chasing me around pd
Any more information to provide?	i don't know what happened, i went for the ban, because it was the only way to give me peace in that moment, but permanent is sad as fuck. i know my reaction was bad and i'm paying for it, just let me come back, i didn't plan to leave the server again.

i was forced to react as bad as possible, i don't really think that things and i don't really want to leave this community, anyway i haven't anymore words because i'm still trying to understand, but i'm stucked.

I'll leave the topic open for other managers to see how much ban reduction you will get, if anything at all.
I understand and I know the feeling if you let take anger control of you, but you gotta realize that wishing death to someones family member, is pretty way too far.
Calling mike "retard" his server etc... Threaten to RDM whole server.
