-FPS drops
-Audio bugs
-Doesn't update sometimes ( Need to enter an interior )
-Slippery and messy driving

Reduce or remove? Remove would be great but if we think about reality then -1. And if we think about gaming then +1. Actually, removing it would be great. If not the removal of it, then reduce the raining time from x to just like 5 or 10 mins?

Seasparrow/rustler is harder to operate in such a weather.
But it adds to the game enviroment atleast.

If you want to reduce it sure but i think its random.

I would say reduce the frequency for rain, sandstorm, heatwave etc. +1.
