Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I mistakenly heli bladed a guy where I tried to save him from the cops that were cuffing him
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Clearly what's mentioned above, I tried to save him, but accidentally killed him along with the two cops, notice the time that all 3 kills occurred at the same time, where you can obviously tell it was a mistake, I have been heli blading for a long, and haven't gotten punished for that mistake, until now; I've always been answering to every single admin PM's question regarding my "heli blade DM", but not on this one for some reason.

Any more information to provide?	Now, please; don't get me wrong, the chatlog that I've provided can be also rechecked throughout the admin logs, so feel free to recheck from there, and voice your opinion about it.

Hi. Witness here. howl was indeed trying to help the wanted player who got killed. We were busy cuffing them. howl swooped down to heli blade us (the cops). That kill was imo an honest mistake

Those "mistakes" kept reoccuring and happened way too often. You were reported in-game for that over 10 times, by different people. People reached out to me on discord already about it.

I understand that it keeps happening repetitively, I very well acknowledge their suffer, but you might wanna look from the other side, and tell me how hard is it to control your own helicopter, when the situation comes to:

- defending your friend/criminal
- killing a random most wanted
- killing a guy with a money bag
- killing a cop

all happening in one spot

This can be referred to like killing a random innocent civilian with a car ram, and it can't be your fault.

I told you before, it was a mistake, I would have paid this newbie a good amount of money as a moral compensation, I provided everything in defense as a label of "mistake", yet you just don't accept it.

Flying directly with full speed into a crowd is not a "mistake" for me.

But lets forget anything else. We go back to the RDM rule. He was not red or had any interaction with you previously.

There's no convincing here that this is a mistake, the wanted player was getting arrested by the cops, meaning obviously they were all standing next to each other. This must be one hell of a rocket science to try and save the wanted by diving head on with a chopper with enormous blades killing only the cops and leaving the wanted alive.

It obviously wouldn't have been a problem if the player was a most wanted or has recently posed a threat to you, but that was just RDM without a doubt, therefore Trevor's infraction is valid. Closed.
