Aiming at the sky with sniper rifle and shooting, won't make the reload anim.

- What happened?: Whenever I aim with a sniper rifle and shoot with it, then the reload animation doesn't get applied.
    - Where were you?: Not necessary, it happens everywhere.
    - What were you doing?: Aimed at the sky and shoot down a chopper then saw this bug.
    - Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time?: Nah...
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before?: Yeah. I didn't tell anyone so I think no.
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible.: Aim at sky and fire multiple times.
