How can i allow my friend to drive my vehicle

How can i allow my friend to drive my vehicle without getting any star on him like whenever i try doing it he always gets a star otherwise he needs to break in and do hotwiring please help me how can i do it........

@yashoooooooo when your friend is a passenger, let him press W while you're outside of your vehicle. Your friend will become a driver. I wonder if he'll get wanted level this way. Please let me know if it works.
