How to increase respect in the forum

I'm playing in the server from many months but have registered to the forum recently I don't know how but my respect is -2 & +0
can anybody please tell me how can i increase it.

It doesn't depend on how many month you have played. There's an option below everyone's name (left to their message) from where you can increase or decrease their respect. ezpz

You are talking about Karma which is a rating system that allows forum members to rate each other's posts. Here is requiring users to have at least 100 posts to rate other members.
