No reload bug (Very rare I guess)

The only thing about this no Reload i know it occurs when you're desynced or bugged, It happened to me once when i was desynced, You just have to relog the game. You should also mention the cause of it, What were you doing before that and where exactly and how it happened for us to find it out.

I just came out of jail, took my weapons from the evidence locker and since I had to become a cop, I was just shooting randomly inside PD (time pass) when I encountered this. I also encountered slide bug many times in this period. And as soon I became cop this bug vanished

That happened to me 5months ago and I can assure you that your bullet won't deal any damage. It could be desync or something but I had no idea how it occurred as well.

It cannot be desync as you weren't having any delay between commands as well as your chat was going fine.
It's just a bug from the game itself which happens very rare and cannot be fixed by Mike's side.

That's called lagging if chats are going slow or delayed. Desync is something different.

Our matter is not the difference between desync and lagging. Both are due to packetloss. Your chat has not stopped, and you were shooting and texting other players which means there was no delay. Therefore you are not desynced and not lagging.
Our point is to know whether this caused by desync or not, it's not caused by desync.

If I was really desynced how did those cops see me and how OMeN bribed me. I don't know if the weapons still deal any damage because I was running away from those cops (noob  )

I kinda know what causes this. It's when a player has a weapon with 0 ammo and you give them ammmo. You have to give them the 'weapon' again instead of the ammo.

I just need to know what caused this, i.e. how did you obtain that weapon?

I think I remember something. I actually had 0 ammo in my sawn off, and then I took some ammo (5 ammo as shown in video too) from the free shotgun in LVPD. So maybe that was the cause here, but most of the time this does not happen.

As Flyburger said, we can't deal any damage or anything, but aiming at someone would still be a crime.
Procedure to do it : Take your weapons from the Evidence Locker and shoot everything out. Not a single bullet of any gun should be left.
Then take those floating gun pick-ups and the bug starts.

Definitely not a bug, more like desync. This thing happened to me back when "Evidence Locker" wasn't even a thing yet. Plus if getting weapons from evidence locker would bugged you, then every others already reported this to us. Definitely desync.
