SA-MP Mobile uses SA-MP 0.3.7 R1, but this server only allows R4 so I think it won't be possible until SA-MP Mobile updates their version.

not only that, samp on android is compiled using stolen / leaked source code from official samp files and is illegal to use / share / distribute.

big fat no, play some clash of clans on your android instead :P
