The above suggestion message that appears from time to time suggests that players that have between 2 and 5 wanted stars cannot be killed by cops, and that those who have 6 stars can be killed.
It's in contradiction with the rules, that say that you can always kill suspects in self-defense if they have more than 1 star (and other exceptions such as swimming in the water and paused in a vehicle). The above message could make newbies think that you can never kill oranges and that you can always kill reds.
