Enhanced taxi job

Add NPC passengers for the taxi job, so that when the server is empty and nobody really wants a driver, you can drive NPCs.

You can just wait infront of police departments for the newbies
Who don't have a personal car
But about playing role as a taxi driver while the server is empty
No one would think to play as a taxi driver, I guess  -1.

Nice idea. Maybe when u get no fair for the last 2 mins, automatically the system will give u an NPC passenger. +1

system needs some love, passengers bailing on fares, add a callout fee, 5 in a row bonus, easier / reworked achievements, etc.

Recorded it aiming, recording it shooting. It just shoots straight forward on a loop.

I don't know how stable FCNPC is.. I was cautious to use it due to a SA-MP update breaking it but I think there's more chance of finding Jimmy Hoffa than a SA-MP update so I may add it at some point..

Yeah I agree lol, and fortunately we even finally got a stable FCNPC 2.* release a few months ago
