I've read the current features for the Donators.
I would like to suggest some.

VIP Lounge - Special Lounge For VIPs for Chilling when player is Idle.

Weather Change - Ability To Set Weather.

Vehicle Tuning - Ability to tune vehicle(attaching objects, neon to the vehicle, etc)

Custom Number Plates - Ability to set Custom Number Plates of the Vehicle.

Special Welcome Message With Donator Title - When VIPs Connect to server, There is should be Special Welcome message like (Donator - FreAkeD(0) has connected to the Server.)

Custom Title - Ability to modify set the Donator Title to any custom title (God Of Dildo - FreAkeD(0) has connected to the Server.)

Special VIP Gift(RC Vehicle) - Can choose between a RC vehicle (RC Tigers, RC Bandits, RC helicopters etc), You can select one!

Yeah Neon is nice one, I believe Mike once said that this will be implemented in future when he gets time.

Feature is there already but Mike disabled due to some reason.

It's fun but I don't think Mike will approve this, since those "toys" are only accessible by staff only.
