DetailsI tried to report in game but maybe there were no admin online and therefore my reports failed. Phantom is insulting the mothers of a couple of players, it's not the first time I've see him insulting mothers.

Thank you for report! It did appear maybe Phantom was kidding however, it is never acceptable to bring family into it.

We will issue an infraction to him.
