The rewards for escorting the Securicar & being the partner for Securicar is very pathetic. They should be increased.
After all, these are the people who are defending and safeguarding your Securicar while you're in there probably flirting with the Store Cashier.

Please increase the rewards for Escort and Securicar partner.

Agree with everything said above. Literally 10$ bonus for escorting the securicar. You gotta be shitting me. No one even bothers to escort the securicar. If the rewards and bonuses are increased it will give a lot of chances to the criminals as cops will spread around the map, giving robbers some advantages as well, or it might be a good idea to add extra bonus reward for the cops who start escorting the securicar from the beginning all the way to the end, you will get more bonus than the others who joined the escort after receiving 2 or 3 cash bags or in other words 2nd or 3rd stage. I know the economy is fucked and this can be a good way to start fixing it.

Yeah no one bothers to help in securicar or start escorting it. All it needs is someone to think "Hmm, I'm free and I'm not wanted. Lets chase the securicar and jack his car when he's at the last pickup collecting the money, easy 30k-50k" and he gets his 30k-50k. Most of the time cops don't bother saving the securicar, even if they do respond they'll try to blow it up rather than save the securicar. They just don't have an incentive to save the securicar at all. If the van survives or doesn't it doesn't matter to them.
