Not able to buy cars from any dealership

Now it became a quite popular thing, but I saw this bug first in LV when I tried to buy an Infernus and got it for free, and cops didn't recognize it as stolen. I followed all the steps : Test drive; Choosing Garage; Changing Color; But it was not added as my personal vehicle. I tried this many times and finally there were around 20 Infernus which were free to use and the cops won't recognize it as a stolen vehicle. Although that was fun, but if you fix that bug it would be really helpful for us.

Issue	Unable to buy vehicle's from dealership's.
Description	Currently player's are not able to buy vehicle's from dealership's. When you go to a dealership, select a vehicle and garage to store the vehicle and test drive it, the vehicle's are not stored into the garage's and are still shown as Dealership test-drive vehicles and not considered as your own Personal vehicle. Doesn't work even if you test drive the vehicle or not.
