I know this might sound like a very specific situation but it happens and can happen, picture this:
Two MWs in an interior robbing some stuff, a cop comes in and he's still loading interiors so one of the MWs starts spraying the paint can at you, so when you load you're infinitely stuck in the coughing animation until the pepperspray ammo runs out, but by that time the other MW has killed you. the pepperspray is overall annoying because you can't do anything about it so I think there should be a limit of how long you can use it (5 seconds?) every spray so you can't just hold it forever.
