AC cheat ban i dont know why

details' i was chasing after this criminals who called pacman before I arrived pouya021 kill him I don't how but when I stay near to him I see him stuck with a icon of loading in his head..im still looking at him and suddenly AC cheat ban me cause of cheat ...so admin do something for me please
