My ban appeal

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?Hi.  I am an Iranian player.  Due  to net problems, bad and high ping , unstable ping and other stuff...  i used vpn   and joined your server mostly with this IP address: removed IP
But 2 day ago after hours of playing i suddenly got banned  for ban evading.
i am confused and maybe some of ip addresses of my vpn has got banned before or ...
Any way i ask u you to unban me please  and as the only proof i have i can show you the original ip address i have : removed IP 
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?usage of vpn maybe
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?
Any more information to provide?maybe admin @Rick_Grimes whom is a fellow country man can help and understand what i am saying...

and last day i made an account named M4ry for checking my original IP without vpn, its ping,  if it is banned or not , and other stuff...   played a bit
 but when logged in  with fallcony for screenshot of my ban  the original ip got banned.

I'm the guy whom u know well nourish
the guy whom after spending 1 weak ban  got banned again for  6 month  unjustly  ( server rules say 1 month for next 10 infractions)

But i dont know how by 3 infractions that gigi gave me unjustly and without any proof  just referring to chat log( which you staff  yourselves , when it comes about your staff complaint don't consider proof)  got banned right away for 6 months!

made appeal several times  and asked for other staff or managers to check it   but   gigi and his firend  just closed it... cause he knew well i was getting cop hunted by his friend and i left cause it is not fun being spawn killed again and again in front of police dp

maybe here is some little  proof of that guy abusing his power for cop hunt  several times :

and as i said  before:  while i was being cop hunted and reporting  he did nothing.  so i left  and he band me with 3 infractions from 1 week to 6 month!!!

in simple words him and u guys first accused me of rule brake without proof   and then urged me to provide u proof that i didn't...


listen i only wanted to have a little fun and play.
i don't like and have the time to :
always recording game play using bandicam and several other programme for some hours of playing and having fun...

to be like a lawyer in court always go and come in forum  providing evidence and proof and videos.... 


yes i can do it by changing IP is easier...

one of my problem was when i was solving my problem with trina   she was't much available as community manager that time ...
after a weak or so   we got to nowhere but deleting 8  infraction that i got in a just some hours   in first days i joined the server (referring to which kind of infractions gigi and some others  accused me of rule brake and there for  they said: no proof is needed  to be given in your case....
