I killed the cops like 20 minutes ago, then I lost my wanted, came back to bank and got a bag WITHOUT harming anyone. I went to the Pay N Spray near the LV Bank and you were there, I was fixing my car and you had a free kill cause I was frozen inside the Pay N Spray. I did not shoot/pose a threat to you or anyone (I didn't even "driveby" you, check my crimes for proof), even if I was a MW and armed doesn't mean you should shoot me down. You're supposed to try and arrest me and only fire at me when I'm posing a threat.
Also, this is not the correct place to make a complaint, move out to Player Complaints section next time.
