Staff of the Month (SotM)Each month, the MCNR management team will select one (or sometimes more) members of staff that they feel have exceeded the expectations of their role and performed their duties exceptionally.
PrizeAs a reward for achieving this accolade, the select staff member(s) will be awarded with
$250,000* in-game cash each
Examples of what makes a great staff member:- Active on the server, forums and Discord
- Helpful to new players or players with questions/problems
- Actively monitors and takes action against player reports, not just on the server but also forums
- Actively engages with the community through the server, Discord and forums
- Tests, investigates, and reports issues, and assists developers
- Genuinely cares and tries their best to help the server and community
