0:38 - Not only does he have the molotovs, but
- he seems to be AFK to other players (he still writes in the chat)
- I can't rob him (it says there're no players to rob)

This might be desync issue as far as I know. As for the molotov's in interiors, I think this bug is already reported but we need more information on how exactly did he got them in interiors to check if it's a same bug or not. Yeah i was the one who had molotov inside bank but im not sure if is a desync bug or something since i had a parachute happened this as i saw a bug report about you can hold any throwable inside bank or other building

It is not desync, you can see how to reproduce it on github, as it can be abused.

We are talking about this report and not the bug. The thing shown in the video is caused of desync maybe. As for molotovs it is already reported and is a bug.
