This is because There is a car spawn there also added by mike. there is a entrance there somewhere no need to parkour LOL

I tried to replicate this but the car spawned on the road and not in the back as shown in the video.

It's not really a bug - that's a completely valid place to spawn a vehicle. I could remove the nodes from that area I guess but it's quite a lot of work really for an almost non-issue. Vehicles are designed to spawn a bit further away from you, not the closest road.
