evade cops in Property

hi guys. as i searched for this topic and didnt found something like this i decide to make one.
i realized that if i buy a properties its for others not for me. if u have safe with money in it criminals can rob it and earn money  but u will lose money for paying Insurance.
as mike told us in future we can eat and sleep so i think its a good idea to evade 2 star in our properties and have fun there.

What the fuck is going on here

Here's a list of things I plan to add or might plan to add to properties:
- Ability to store inventory items in safe.
- Ability to sleep to restore health.
- Ability to eat to restore health.
- Ability to evade cops? I suppose, now that the SUSPECT INSIDE label is a thing outside the door.
- Ability to give other people keys to the property.
- Ability to set traps for robbers.
- Would love a furniture system, but technical limitations stopped me from doing this the way I wanted.
- Ability to grow drugs, when drugs are added.
- Ability to rent? Not sure.

Some of these ideas I've just thought of now.

if i am not wrong i had tried this before. i was suspect and went in my house and told my brother "look at my house do u see anything like suspect inside" he told me no.
i mean if a suspect go in his property we cant see SUSPECT INSIDE label.
