Hi,

Not sure to understand well.
You are drunk, so your driving skills should be bad right? This effect is intended.

Or you meant something else?

This should be intended. Just like IRL.

Definitely not intended, entering a vehicle and having the drunk effect from the sniper rifle, means you're not drunk its just the sway that is there for the rifle.
Happens when you enter a car and you have your sniper rifle in hand.

ONLY happens when you enter a car while holding your jump button. It's in the game for no reason, but you enter a car faster that way.

Description	The drunk level seems to reappear when the player enters a car shortly after using the rifle/sniper rifle. The conditions don't seem to be well-defined, however Charlie's comment hints that this effect happens when you enter a car holding the jump key.
