I'm pretty sure (Don't quote me) that these skins were removed last year due to them having a T-shirt saying Admin staff, so that's the reason why they won't be implemented. Showing misleading information that other players may be "admin", along with actual staff having it, which defeats the purpose of having admins "hidden" from new commers.
