Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?   I really don't know about the ban himself

Did you restart the router, or RESET it? Because resetting it might work.

I've checked your account and your IP address. Apparently you matched exactly with someone who got banned previously for Ban Evasion. Not to mention that you shared the same pc with the guy who was banned. I believe you are the "ban evader" we talking about. Your ban will not be lifted.
