First of all, you're not banned. You probably got in range ban, if you're using VPN, quit it.
Second of all, could you please fill you the information accordingly to the "YOUR_TEXT_HERE" ? It would be my pleasure if you can do that.
Appeal will be denied for now hence you're using the format wrongfully and it's probably your VPN caused this issue. Come back again if you still unable to join the game, or contact me on discord.
