But you couldve done, anything at that point, robbed him, hit and run or commited another crime against him. We don't know that. Provide pictures of your /crimes and his /crimes (to check his crimes, you must go on-duty as police officer).

1st time, bronwyn was driving his bike, soon as phantom saw you, he jumped off.
2nd encounter with them is already bronwyn as passenger and Phantom as driver, neither was bronwyn drive-bying.
3rd time, when Phantom came after you, I didn't see bronwyn at all with him. Then he ended up killing you.
Bronwyn is clear from the report.
