Sometimes when I break in a property, I appear in nowhere
(myth hunters call it Ghost Town) and I can't do anything, if I move I fall and die, but will not appear at hospital

would call it a high ping/pl situation where the objects dont load as quick as the player so you drop down into blue hell out of that interior
