I suggest to make the std powerless because it eats the health fast and if you were faraway from hospital, medic, food stand, or restaurant

I don't think there's anything wrong with the STD script, honestly. Its purpose is to make you suffer due to a bad choice, just like in real life — soften this feature just wouldn't make it "powerful" and it would just be a small feature Mike implemented. No for me.
