i played samp a lot and everytime i meet someone from asia when he take damage he still can shoot to me i really don't know what folders they have or it's bug in my screen lol and when they shoot me i can't damage them

if you're talking about damage absorbing, it's impossible due to this server having server-sided hit reg.

well the game itself is pretty buggy and has a whole lot of de-sync issue's and your mod which makes your fps drop like hell rolls in between, his shots are registering due to his lag (he is hitting in the proper place in his screen) but due to the mods which are having fps drops for you don't show them in between
