Ban/infraction reason and details	DM, a player (don't recall his name) shot alongside his friends inside the ammunition where me and PurpleSky were both buying guns. We were almost most wanted and on high alert. I robbed on of the people who entered and they then shot (didn't hit us though), so I killed one of them. When we exited, their friends started shooting at us.
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Because they shot first.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Read above

Dont know if i can reply,but you did unnecesary dm, that guy went in ammu after  you he was yellow  if he aimed and shoot  a weapon at you or any other he would be 2 stars already includining the 1 star before you was 3-4 stars max when you killed him and he was still yellow. What happend after i came to kill you cuz you killed me earlier so dont mention the situation which is not connected to your dm eitherway your friends dmed me there aswell 3 of them.

First of all, here is a screenshot of RodrigoDuterte's crimes after you killed him, showing that he clearly didn't attack you inside of the ammunation.

If he did, a line showing "Shooting in a public place" or "Threat with a weapon" would appear (I just tested). I also don't believe the fact that he could have missed all of his shots.

This screenshot was taken at 22:35PM GMT+2, he was then 1 star when you killed him, at approx. 22:32PM GMT+2.

The infraction will be maintained.
