There's a thing called "minimap" at bottom left corner.

Sorry I didn't express myself well.
I meant that in the minimap, the player blips of the players in these categories, should be globally visible IMO.

since this is RP-G gamemode, cops/warrants are only visible from a specified longrange

1. Great idea.
2. Already a thing. If a cop sees a suspect's blip, all cops see it, irrespective of distance.
3. They are visible from a very high distance (800 I believe). Could make it more I suppose but then it's impossible for them to evade.

As I already know by Rockstar Games... it is called "Radar"    also if u open gta3.img there will be some names like.. radar001.txd... and a lot
