Cops can barely cuff when they are always ganged up by serveral other criminals if anything it should be lessened to 2 seconds.
Just imagine you're in a animation of cuffing someone and someone is shooting you, and you have no backup.
It's stupid -1 on suggestion.
You're probably one of them, who mid fight runs behind suspect and spams /cuff.
If youre scared of gangs or high-pop places as cop, why even bothering to go there.
I manage to take control myself in outnumbered fights myself mostly, not all the time ofc. Being an active cop myself, this needs nerfing. Cause this is overpowered. I'll make you change your mind in-game once youre warrant.
No. Cops are already too weak, this should stay as is IMO. Nerfing this will allow criminals to easily run away from cops or kill them.
Cops aren't weak, in ANY 1v1 situation, cop wins. No matter what, cops have tazer, if you know how to use it, its over-powered. Cops usually are soloing, thats why they are weak, cops are just too lazy/stupid themselves that they don't team up with other cops, thats why they are weak.
