Friend who can not enter in his houses because his PC is broken

Hello, I have a problem with a friend who recently broke his laptop and can no longer enter to play the server until he can not take to repair the laptop, and with all this coronavirus it will take time to power repair it, he told me that if I could do him a favor and comment on this in the forum since he doesn't have an account in the forum, that's why he told me that if I could do it, since he says he doesn't want to lose his properties and remember That mike told me a while ago that if something happened, I would say it in the forum.

Can't you do anything about it? Since Nike told me a long time ago when I commented that if I could raise the time before they take your house away, he told me that if there was any problem of this style, he would comment it on the forum.

Isn't the house system broken? Like I remember reading Mike saying the server doesn't sell the houses back to the server itself when players haven't connected in months.

I think your friend might get lucky.
