New mod shop in LS

I have see in several servers who they are add that mod shop and its very useful .can you add it?
-we can set nitro to all cars.
-we can change all cars tires.
-we can set neon kits for cars.
-we can add audio system for cars
-....

There are 2 mod shop in LS already,
So we don't need to addition more mod shops to this city.

Not needed and not possible without a custom modshop, which is already planned.
