Bounty stays after placer quits or player itsselff quits

I was chasing a guy for bounty, I started attacking him, suddenly, bounty dissappeared from him, due other player who placed it quit.
People could start making complaints for RDM because of that.
I'd suggest bounty stays on player until he dies itsself and won't dissappear after he quits or the placer quits itself.

I'd suggest bounties to save even when a player leaves and if they rejoin the game, regardless of what happens the player who placed it. I guess any bounty should even last for a certain amount of time (player play time).

Even if the bounty isn't on a wanted player, it should stay with that player.

and he should survive 1h so the bounty disappear
