Having a chase then rammed straight inside a building so car kept taking damage inside the building then caught fire then i went outside the building by hopping around corners and after that my screen got these weird lines and fallen buildings on the roads like one of those Dayz like servers. i relogged to continue what i wanted to do then i saw its still there but i managed to get to the bank and ask people around about it and they told me to go straight here. Attached is the photo taken. I can't play anymore without this happening but i'll still try, i chose an angle for the picture for the lowest effect of the bug on me but there are some where it covers the whole screen or i go inside the buildings in the roads where it doesn't appear for others.
