command for administrator

Some of you know that some players can easily use speed hack but they can it's *horrible desync* and they can lie and administrator can believe it so my suggestion is to make a cmd for staff to check speed of players if the suggestion approved i'll send the full suggestion with cmd and speed rates etc. If it's in server then fine just deny it

You can clearly see if someone is speed hacking. Also the anti-cheat detects it. There's no need for this.
